The Law Of Focus
The Law of Focus
By Cary Brown Ministries
Introduction: Where Energy Goes, Focus Flows
For many years, I have had the privilege of serving and helping some of the most extraordinary people often quietly, away from attention or recognition. It’s in those hidden moments of service that I discovered one of life’s most powerful truths: Where your energy goes, your focus flows. Each of us is given the same twenty-four hours in a day, but what separates the fulfilled from the frustrated is how we choose to direct that energy. Focus isn’t about perfection it’s about presence. It’s about deciding what matters most and giving it the full attention of your heart.
My mother, Beatrice Brown, who is now in heaven, was one of the greatest examples of focus and faith I have ever witnessed. She didn’t just love Jesus in word she loved Him in action. When she was a young girl, she was struck by a car that ran over her foot and ankle. Though her leg was never the same afterward, you would have never known it. She lived with such grace, quiet endurance, and strength that pain never defined her.
What defined her was love, love for God and love for people. She showed us that true focus isn’t just about looking at something it’s about becoming something. Because she kept her eyes on Christ, my brother, sister, and I all came to know the Lord. Her life was a living sermon, a daily example of what it means to walk in the law of focus. Every prayer she whispered, every act of kindness, every moment of service was a seed of purpose. She didn’t focus on what she had lost; she focused on what she could give. She didn’t dwell on pain; she magnified the promise. That’s what makes focus so powerful it multiplies whatever it touches. If you focus on pain, pain grows. If you focus on purpose, purpose expands.
Scripture Foundation
“This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For
then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.”
Joshua 1:8 (NKJV)
The law of focus is not just about hard work it’s about alignment. It’s about bringing your
thoughts, words, and actions into agreement with what God has already spoken. When you learn to focus your energy on the right things your faith, your family, your divine
assignment you begin to see doors open that no man can shut. That’s not coincidence. That’s the divine reward of focus.
