When YHWH Becomes Tangible

When YHWH Becomes Tangible

Why Jesus Is the Only Access Point to the Invisible God..

This is a subject that has largely been lost through tradition and the Western mindset.

Many people speak of God as distant, abstract, and unreachable. Others pursue spirituality as an internal experience detached from Christ. Both approaches result in the same problem: YHWH remains invisible, untouchable, and undefined to humanity.

If God remains only unseen, there is no substance for human relationship.

If Jesus is removed from the picture, there is no lawful connection to the Father.

YHWH Dwells in Unapproachable Light

Scripture is clear about the nature of God apart from Christ.

“Who alone has immortality, dwelling in unapproachable light, whom no man has seen or can see.”

1 Timothy 6:16 (NKJV)

This establishes an unmovable truth:

Humanity cannot approach YHWH on its own terms.

No level of spirituality, moral discipline, meditation, or religious effort grants access to Him. God is not distant because He is unwilling. He is unapproachable because holiness requires order.

Then Jesus completes the revelation:

“No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him.”

John 1:18 (NKJV)

This is not contradiction.

It is divine clarity.

Paul tells us where God dwells.

Jesus tells us how God is known.

The Father remains invisible in His essence.

The Son makes Him visible in relationship.

To “declare” the Father does not mean to merely speak about Him. It means to fully reveal, explain, make known, and bring within reach. Jesus does not point humanity toward God from a distance. He brings God into time, flesh, language, and relationship.

Without the Son, God remains light without form to humanity.

With the Son, that light takes on a face, a voice, compassion, and truth.

This is why Jesus is not optional.

He is the revelation.

No Access to the Father Without the Son

Jesus stated this without ambiguity:

“I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”
 John 14:6 (NKJV)

This is not exclusion for the sake of control.

It is spiritual order.

The Son is the only authorized access point to the Father. Any attempt to reach God that bypasses Jesus is not reaching YHWH at all.

This is why the enemy’s strategy is subtle.

The Deception of God Without Christ

The devil does not need people to reject God.

He only needs them to pursue God without the Son.

Because without Jesus:

  • God remains undefined
  • Access is unauthorized
  • Relationship is replaced with mysticism
  • Worship drifts toward false representations

Paul warned:

“For even if there are so-called gods… yet for us there is one God, the Father… and one Lord Jesus Christ.”

1 Corinthians 8:5–6 (NKJV)

When Christ is removed, people do not reach YHWH.

They reach substitutes shaped by imagination, culture, or emotion.

Unapproachable light becomes distorted light.

Truth becomes abstraction.

God becomes whatever the human mind projects.

Jesus Is the Permission

Jesus is not only the bridge.

He is the authorization.

“Through Him we both have access by one Spirit to the Father.”

Ephesians 2:18 (NKJV)

Through Christ:

  • Access is granted
  • Relationship is restored
  • Adoption replaces distance
  • Light becomes life

Without Jesus, there is no permission to approach YHWH.

With Jesus, the Father is known.

Bringing It Together

When YHWH remains invisible, humanity keeps reaching but never arriving.

When Jesus is revealed, God becomes tangible.

Christian faith is not humanity climbing toward God.

It is God revealing Himself through His Son.

Remove Jesus, and God remains unapproachable light.

Reveal Jesus, and the Father is made known.

This is not theology for argument.

It is the foundation of connection.
