Salvation F.A.Q.

What is salvation?

Salvation or being saved is GOD redeeming mankind from satan and hell.

Why do I need to be saved?

We need to be saved so that we can be redeemed from satan and hell. God created this world and in the beginning, it was a world without sin, sickness or death, where green plants and vegetation were given for food to both man and animals, who lived in harmony together and also with God.

That all changed, but not at God’s hand. It was a direct result of something known as free will. Adam and Eve were enticed by the devil in the form of a serpent into disbelieving what God had told them, and then they chose to follow the serpent’s advice. They ate the forbidden fruit, and today, we are subject to separation between man and God. The choice of the first man and woman altered the condition of us all, because their children were born into a world of sin.

This is what is known as Original Sin or the Fall. It is the condition of sin people are born into because of Adam’s sin against God. Adam was the father of all humanity, and since he became a sinner, by nature all future generations are born into sin.

How can I be saved?

The Bible say that you can receive salvation by simply confessing with your mouth the LORD JESUS and believing in your heart that GOD has raised HIM from the dead, you shall be saved. Romans 10:9-11 - paraphrased

Prayer for salvation:
Dear GOD I confess with my mouth the LORD JESUS and believe in my heart that YOU raised JESUS from the dead. Therefore, I am saved and JESUS is my LORD and SAVIOR.

What is next?

Join a Bible believing, teaching church (Hebrews 10:25), pray daily (Luke 18:1) and study the Bible daily. (Romans 10:17)

Health and Healing F.A.Q.

- Healing -

Is sickness God punishing me?

No. Sickness is from the devil. Healing is from God. (John 10:10, Psalm 100:5, 1 John 3:8

Does God want me healed?

Yes, He loved us so much He sent His son who went about healing all who were sick. John 3:16, Acts 10:38

Healing is in the Bible but is it for us today?

Yes. Jesus bore our sicknesses and diseases and God’s promises to His children are forever.

1 Peter 2:24, Acts 2:39, Luke 1:50

Why aren't all people healed every time they pray?

There are many issues that inhibit manifested healing, such as unbelief, unforgiveness, bitterness, fear, and not walking in love. Matthew 13:58, 1 John 4:18

Why do so many people get healed then the sickness returns?

Because they do not continue to apply the word of God and protect what they hear, say and do. Romans 10:17, Joshua 1:8

Do I believe the doctors report as truth?

No, accept the doctor’s report as fact. Then pray, believe and speak the Word of God, which is truth. When truth is added to facts, the facts have no option but to change. John 8:32, John 17:13

- Health -

Is God really concerned about our health?

Jesus spent as much time healing as He did preaching. God loves us. As our Creator He knows what it takes to keep us healthy. Matthew 4:23 - "And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people."

Why is our health so important to God?

God wants our bodies to be His holy dwelling place; providing Him a clean wholesome place for His residence. (1 Corinthians 6:19, 20 – Your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost...therefore glorify God in your body.)

What is the basic Bible principle for healthful living?

We should try to live lives that glorify God and bring honor to His name, not just in what we eat or drink but in our words, thoughts, and actions as well. (1 Corinthians 10:31 – So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.)

It is God's will that every born again believer be filled with the Holy Spirit. You simply receive Him by asking God to(fill) you and receive His infilling by faith. He's a gift from God to you. No, speaking in tongues is not the Holy Spirit. The speaking in tongues is one of the evidences, signs, or manifestations, of the infilling of the Holy Spirit. For example, just as repentance is a sign of receiving salvation, likewise, tongues is a sign of receiving the baptism of the Holy Spirit.
